I spend most of my time on ASPEL - the Association for Professional Executive Learning. ASPEL's goals are to: 1. assist companies seeking to improve the quality and cost-effectiveness of their training & development programmes 2. provide executive educators with access to tenders and projects 3. provide reports on the training and development industry worldwide, starting with Europe 4. provide an information portal for access to free materials, websites and other resources of interest to executive educators 5. Link institutions in need of leadership / organizational development but which could not normally afford it to those who are willing to provide it on a pro-bono or reduced cost basis.
